Ramadan is the Arabic name of the ninth-month* of the Islamic calendar. It is considered one of the holiest Islamic months of the year. Fasting during Ramadan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, which is an obligation for all abled Muslims to observe. As Muslims we believe that some of the first verses of the Qu'ran were revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) during this Holy month. During this month we will receive 10 good deeds for every 1 good deed we do! So we should take advantage of doing the most good deed during this holy month.
